Now that the holidays are upon us, I hope that you will be able to visit family and friends, enjoy yourselves, rest and relax those everyday stresses away. It is still important that we keep training, even if we are out of town. I recall Sensei Tamir once writing about doing training in the hotel rooms, I think he was travelling a lot at the time and once Sensei Hodes demonstrated "Kata In A Box", showing that even in small places one can do kata. So there is no excuse not to keep training during the upcoming crazy holidays.
