Technique of the Week (October 26th, 2008)

Adding to the previous TFTW, this week we see the true nature of how important "Patience" is when training in karate. Without patience, we simply do moves without understanding their meaning. We start to rush through moves without breathing properly and learning proper technique. In the end, a lack of patience results in poor technique, poor power, and the perseverance to train a life long marathon.

Let's all be patient in our training. Let's all earn our belt ranks before we move on to the next.
