As you can see, there is a big difference when the head is fully turned. Not only do we improve our strength and flexibility when we turn our head completely, but we are also ensuring that we are facing the target as we should be in all of our warm-ups, basics moves, and kata.
Lets all work on improving this aspect of our training.
Special thanks to Sempai David, Sempai Dakota, Sempai Cheyenne, and Sempai Andre. Not only for participating in this weeks technique, but also for being dedicated enough to attend our 6:00am Friday morning class at the Merritt Island, Florida Dojo.
Domo Arigato to Sensei Tezel for providing the facility for us to train at!
