Aristotle offers the following thought from the third century BC:
"Anyone can be angry. But to be angry at the right time in the right occasion, toward the right person for the right reason in the right way - that is the beginning of virtue."
Many warrior codes advocate emotional detachment in the face of battle. But those able to transform anger into a near virtue, as proposed by Aristotle, hold a clear advantage.
