Shoulders Down & Back
Onegai Shimasu Hanshi, Kyoshi, Sensei, and fellow Deshi-
It is important to keep your shoulders down & back throughout every technique. As a stretch clasp your hands behind your back and pull your shoulders down. While doing so lift your chest up. This is the position you are striving to have your shoulders & chest in while executing all techniques. Use your lat muscles to help pull down the shoulders. Hit with your belly instead of using your shoulders.
