Breathing
Breathing is
a key aspect of training (as it is of human life
itself). We need to keep breathing properly to train to our maximum
potential. We never hold our breath on the deck. In fact, we keep
our
mouths
slightly open as a reminder to breathe continuously. When we start
to lose
our breath, we need to slow our breathing down to regain our
strength and
mental
focus.
Keep breathing. Keep training.
