"Warrior Countenance"
As more
fully and correctly expressed in Hanshi's Thought for the
Week of October 12, 1997,
we should develop our facial expression to reflect calmly
our indomitable spirit. As Hanshi described,
it should not betray emotion - fear, anger or otherwise.
Hanshi has referred to this a "warrior countenance."
Properly accompanied by our posture in yoi also expressing
a calm imperturbability, we may be able to impress
upon a potential attacker the dire consequences of their
planned attack and, thereby, achieve the greatest victory
-
winning without fighting.
Domo arigato gozaimasu to all.
