Make everything bigger.
i.e. A punch is made "bigger" by straightening the arm and pulling back
the chambered fist more.
A kick is made "bigger" and more powerful but lengthening the line of the
kick with a tighter chamber
of the foot before and after delivery of the kick. An instructor will
further explain this principal.
Stand (sitting) straighter/taller creates a 'bigger" posture.
Breathe in and out "bigger" with more air, deeper breaths which will
increase
the positive results of breathing.
This concept applies to all aspects of training and conditioning.
Reach out in every way...while stretching.. while applying power to
techniques.. more attendance..
work with others more.....reach, attain, achieve, gain, win...move
forward.
