Interpretation of Technique/Kata-
Every technique/move/posture/hand placement of every kata has a specific detailed interpretation. It is the responsibility of the student/deshi, Sempai and Sensei to know the interpretation and application of all techniques of all kata for your level. Okinawan Karate-Do by Master Nagamine details the interpretations on pages 55 to 102. Research this well. Consult with your Sempai and Sensei regarding any difficulty you may have understanding the detailed descriptions. The descriptive photos on the above mentioned pages are repeated in the Kata section, pages 103 to 245.
