"Punching"

Punching - the arm locks out-straight elbow-in all punches-as described in the 12/01/97 Technique of the Week. The wrist is straight- as described in the 10/06/97- Technique of the Week. In F-1, the middle punch is almost parallel to the deck, as in every scenario of middle punch, in all Kata. Exceptions are determined by the height of an actual opponent. In the kata a "drop of oil" would SLOWLY roll down the arm from the shoulder to the end point of the fist and off the fist in all middle punches.(metaphorical analogy) Arigato, Kyoshi Robert Scaglione.
