Back fist / Kick / Square Punch
For the above mentioned techniques to be most effective it
is necessary to snap back the technique to its
original chambered position with a whip like motion.
The technique must return quicker than the travel to the
target.
Do not "accent " the technique with the head, neck or shoulders.
Allow the hand (punch) or foot (kick) to reach out to the target as you
root down,
creating more foundation in your posture (stance).
"Think" and "generate" from the hara not with the head.
