Mawashi Geri
Mawashi Geri-round house kick-uses the instep sokko.
Delivered to the side of the opponents body...ribs (kidney area),
side (or inside) of legs (especially to the knee) or shin or thigh.
This kick moves around an opponents blocks (defense system)
The instep may also be used to kick to the groin.
Mawashi geri may also employ the toes, ball of foot
or the shin depending on the desired point of contact.
