Head balanced
over the body. Main points are do not lead with the chin (head). The chin stays lowered,
slightly down. Lead with the hara, a point two inches below the navel. Take over the
opponents space with the body. "Think" or move from the stomach and hips. Keep
the head positioned over the body throughout all the movements, even as the head turns to
the left or right sides. Create an imaginery straight line from the lower back to the top
(back) of the head. Do not disturb the principals mentioned here at any point. The head
remains over the body, the chin lowered, the straight line in tact and the stomach leads.
