Soku/Foot
Refer to the soku chapter of Building Warrior Spirit-the
Green Book.
Especially note pages 46 to 50 on strengthening the feet,
developing dexterity and control of the feet for effective delivery
of all the described kicking techniques.
This chapter also details the proper use of the makiwara
and how it relates to conditioning the feet and legs. Make note
of the important cautions to avoid serious injury in training.
Research this well.
