an excellent self-defense technique.
Detailed in the Soku chapter of "Building Warrior Spirit",
the Green Book, especially pages 46 to 52 details
conditioning the feet and legs to develop powerful kicks,
exercises to increase dexterity of the foot to deliver effective
side (yoko geri) and round (mawashi geri) kicks.
Kicking and leg conditioning, through properly executed
high kicking repetitions, builds body strength/ flexibility/ endurance/
balance and agility.
Research this well, it is most important.
